Beet Leaf Holopchi


mmmmmmmm nummy!!! The only description for this.

I love these! Married into a Ukrainian family, new nothing about the food & culture but after 10 years (just about 11) of marriage... well I have not only participated and made perogies i am now the "Awesomest Holopchi" baker ... (Quote from my family - yep, i am still grinning).

here are some pic's... now we are just waiting for the cream to arrive from the store to hear... and these little nummers are going to be soaked in a garlic butter, fresh dill, whipping cream bath... can it get any better... yep, eat them with your family while you still have more cooking in the oven!! much love and eat well!
